Upcoming HanesBrands Community Merchandise Sale Will Be Largest in Event History

It’s been seven years since HanesBrands held its popular Community Goods Sale and now this special event is back November 11-12 at the YWCA Wellness Center located at 1300 S. Main Street in Winston-Salem. Known for its amazing deals on favorite brands like Hanes, Champion, Bali and Maidenform, the HanesBrands community merchandise sale has something for every member of the family, from socks, underwear and bras to t-shirts. shirts, sweatshirts and workout clothes.

The HanesBrands Community Merchandise Sale takes place on Friday, November 11 from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, November 12 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. In honor of Veterans Day, all active duty military and veterans with a military ID can go to the front of the line on Friday and Saturday. Free parking is available and there will be food trucks and music to keep everyone entertained.

The sale is hosted by the Winston-Salem YWCA and all proceeds from the sale benefit its mission to eliminate racism and empower women.

The YWCA is always looking for volunteers to help organize the sale starting November 7 and to work shifts during the two days of the sale. For each two-hour shift, volunteers will receive a $20 voucher to use at the sale (up to a maximum of $40) and can shop the sale before it opens to the public.
